Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

Very simply, we guarantee everything we make.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund.  We’re also happy to repair damage due to normal wear and tear at a very reasonable charge.

To return an item back to us, please print our RETURN FORM, fill in your information and send to the address provided.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.  Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

We do our best to process your return or exchange within five business days.  For repairs, we usually can get them back in the mail to you within 10 business days.
